Another School Visit at the Eliava Institute

As part of the ASCLEPIUS project’s educational outreach, another group of school students visited the G. Eliava Institute of Bacteriophages, Microbiology, and Virology.

During their visit, students learned about the history of bacteriophages and the Institute’s pioneering role in their discovery and application. They also toured the laboratories, gaining hands-on insight into how phage research is conducted today.

These visits aim to spark interest in microbiology, biotechnology, and scientific research among young learners, encouraging the next generation of scientists.
