Giles Brandon from Intelligentsia Consultants Sarl has delivered a training in project management. The training consisted of three modules:
Module 1: Overview of EU project management (held online on Friday 28th February 2025);
Module 2: Horizon Europe Project Life Cycle: Initiation Phase + Planning (held online on Friday 28th March 2025);
Module 3: Horizon Europe Project Life Cycle: Execution Phase + Control Phase + Closing Phase (held online on Friday 25th April 2025).
