ASCLEPIUS Researcher Presents Viral Clustering Research at Viruses of Microbes 2026
ASCLEPIUS researcher Quentin Nugier presented his poster at Viruses of Microbes 2026, titled “Improving Viral Clustering Using Both Diversified Protein Profiles and Structural Information.”
His research focuses on developing advanced bioinformatics methods to improve viral clustering by integrating diversified protein profiles with structural information. By combining these complementary sources of data, the study aims to enhance the classification of viruses and provide deeper insights into viral diversity and evolutionary relationships.
Participation in Viruses of Microbes 2026 provided an excellent opportunity to share these findings with the international scientific community and engage in scientific discussions with researchers working in related fields.
