Internal Seminar at Eliava Institute Highlights ASCLEPIUS Progress and Research Exchange
On July 18th, 2025, a seminar was held at the G. Eliava Institute of Bacteriophages, Microbiology, and Virology, where Dr. Elisabed Zaldastanishvili presented the current progress of the ASCLEPIUS project to institute members. The seminar covered recent achievements, ongoing research activities, and upcoming goals of the project.
As part of the event, early-career researcher Marita Chichashvili delivered a presentation on her recent research exchange at the Micalis Institute (INRAE) in France. She shared insights into the bioinformatics and genetic engineering techniques she learned and applied during her stay.
This meeting served as a platform to strengthen internal collaboration and emphasize the importance of international mobility and knowledge transfer within the ASCLEPIUS framework.
