ASCLEPIUS Training on Nanopore Sequencing

As part of the ASCLEPIUS project’s capacity-building activities, scientists from the G. Eliava Institute of Bacteriophages, Microbiology, and Virology participated in a specialised training on nanopore sequencing.

The training was delivered by members of OxGEn Solutions and focused on sequencing technologies and their practical applications in microbiology and phage research. The initiative aimed to strengthen technical expertise and support the implementation of advanced genomic methods at the Institute.
